Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

At Married & Elevated, we’re committed to providing elevated vibes and stylish merch. But we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and all the other what-ifs:

 

1. Refund Policy

  • We only offer refunds for items that are defective, damaged, or if we made an error with your order (oops, we’re human too).
  • To request a refund, email us at hello@marriedandelevated.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:
    • Your order number.
    • A photo of the issue.
    • A brief explanation of the problem.

Once we review your claim and confirm the issue, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.

 

2. Return Policy

  • Not totally in love with your order? No worries. You can return it for store credit within 30 days of delivery as long as:
    • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
    • It’s still in its original packaging (no crumbs or coffee stains, please).

How to Start a Return:

  • Email us at hello@marriedandelevated.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the return instructions.
  • Please note: Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility.

 

3. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time.
Instead, you can:

  1. Return your item for store credit (see above).
  2. Use that credit to reorder the size, style, or color you need.

This keeps things simple and ensures you get exactly what you want.

 

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

We know how frustrating it can be when your package doesn’t make it to your doorstep. Unfortunately, once your order is shipped, we’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Here’s What You Can Do:

  • Check with your neighbors or building management.
  • File a claim with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
    • For USPS: File a claim here.
    • For FedEx: File a claim here.
    • For UPS: File a claim here.

5. Additional Notes

  • Custom or Sale Items: These items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Processing Time for Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.
