A: We fulfill orders in 2-7 business days (because perfection takes time). After that, shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3-4 business days. International shipping times vary, but it’s typically 5-20 business days. Waiting is hard, but trust us—it’s worth it.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide, but shipping times and costs will depend on where you are. So grab a coffee while you wait for your elevated vibes to arrive.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Q: What’s your refund policy?
A: We only offer refunds if your item arrives defective, damaged, or we made an error. Just email us at hello@marriedandelevated.com with a photo, and we’ll make it right. Other than that, all sales are final—so choose wisely, queen!
Q: Can I return an item?
A: Not totally in love with your order? No problem. As long as it’s unused and in original condition, you can return it within 30 days for store credit. Just email us to get started.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can return your item for store credit and reorder the size or style you need. It’s like a do-over, but better.
Sizing & Product Questions
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Most of our items run true to size. If you’re unsure, check the size guide on the product page—or size up for that cozy oversized look (it’s a vibe).
Q: How do I care for my merch?
A: Treat your gear with love! Wash it in cold water, hang it to dry, and avoid the dryer—it’s not a fan. This keeps your pieces looking fresh and elevated.
Payment & Orders
Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: How do I track my order?
A: As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.
Chargebacks & Disputes
What happens if I file a chargeback?
When a chargeback is filed with your bank or payment provider, the funds are immediately withdrawn from our account and held for review. Chargebacks should only be filed in cases of unauthorized transactions or non-receipt of items.
If you experience any issues with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact us first at help@marriedandelevated.com before disputing the charge. We are happy to resolve any concerns through our Returns & Refund Policy or Order Support.
Do you dispute chargebacks?
Yes, we take chargebacks seriously and dispute fraudulent or unjustified claims. All orders are processed with tracking and proof of delivery. If a chargeback is filed after a product has been delivered and received, we will provide documentation to your bank to challenge the dispute.
